BetaMed S.A. has been on the market for 22 years, employs more than 3,000 people. It operates 91 branches in 11 provinces of Poland and a multi-specialty medical medical centre in Chorzów. The company is Poland’s largest medical provider of nursing and care services at the patient’s home and in its own centres.

The modern multi-specialty medical medical centre in Chorzów was opened in 2014. Our patients are provided with the services of GPs (under a contract with the National Health Fund) and medical specialists (on a commercial basis). The centre has a fully equipped diagnostic imaging laboratory that offers ultrasound and X-ray tests. The surgeries at the centre have quality rehabilitation equipment for physiotherapy treatments, regeneration activities and active recreation for people of all ages. Experienced physiotherapists are ready to assist patients with rehabilitation programmes.

BetaMed S.A. offers daytime and 24h elderly care. Our patients are provided with different forms of activation on a daily basis, from rehabilitation to manual activities to numerous additional attractions, such as meetings to discuss health matters, plus dances and cultural events. Elderly patients and the people visiting them have access to a garden and a garden square adjacent to the building.

We offer our services to patients with respiratory failure who do not need to be hospitalised at an intensive care unit, but who require regular respiratory therapy using a ventilator. Our mechanical ventilation services are provided as part of three units: The Care and Therapy Unit for Adult Patients, The Care and Therapy Unit for Children and Teenagers, and Care and Therapy Programmes.
